A venue designed to function all-around from morning to evening, from breakfasts to lunch or golden hour. Ice cream for all tastes and chocolate-filled cones. In addition to studying the quality and gluttony of the products, there was also a great deal of aesthetic research behind it to create a pleasant environment to live in. Through this guideline and thanks to the special attention of the client’s interior designer, Italproget made itself available to collaborate and create a beautiful and functional environment.
Technical details were developed by our trained professionals, and all services were adapted to the needs of the venue, respecting to the utmost the design that was to be created.
The main service area of the venue is divided into two different rooms; in one, the ice cream shop takes center stage with the two chocolate fountains in the middle and the refrigerated fruit cabinet in the back. In the other, however, the cocktail bar is developed, with coffee and refrigerated display cases for breakfast and savory products.
The curved front cladding was custom-made by means of a milled panel painted RAL 5021, LED-illuminated golden plinth and Calacatta Arabescato marble top. The iron structural in the back risers respects the sinuous and soft curves, a recurring theme in the room; in particular, the curved part was made by laser cutting the full-thickness plate, which was then welded and painted with the rest.
The refrigeration units of the various refrigeration units are all connected through Italproget’s exclusive hydronic system, this allows for great savings in energy, maintenance and service.
